AGB – Terms & Conditions

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Georgela-Mariana Cucuiet, the owner of cleosdeco.com.

1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all digital services, consulting, development, SEO services, and AI solutions provided by the business owner.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when the client confirms an offer in writing (email or digital signature).

3. Services Provided

• Digital services and consulting
• Web development (WordPress / Django)
• SEO optimization and marketing
• AI-driven chatbots and automation
• Digital strategy and implementation

The exact scope is defined in the client offer.

4. Prices and Payment

According to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged.
Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Obligations

The client must provide all necessary information, access data, and materials required for the project.

6. Liability

Liability for damages is excluded unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

7. Intellectual Property

All work remains the property of the business owner until fully paid. After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive usage right.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private.

9. No Right of Withdrawal

Completed digital services cannot be revoked according to § 356 Abs. 4 BGB.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Winsen (Luhe), where legally permitted.
