Yes. All CleoDeco dolls are made with child-safe, non-toxic materials. We use hypoallergenic stuffing, non-toxic dyes, and ensure all small parts are securely attached. However, dolls with very small accessories are recommended for children over 3 years old.

How Do I Care for My Doll?

Most CleoDeco dolls can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, hand washing in cool water is recommended. Lay the doll flat to dry away from direct sunlight.

How Long Does It Take to Make a Doll?

Depending on the complexity, a standard CleoDeco doll takes 8 to 20 hours of handwork. Production time from order to delivery is typically 1-3 weeks for standard dolls and 2-4 weeks for custom orders.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe and internationally. Each doll is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Can I Request Modifications to Existing Designs?

Absolutely. If you love a doll from our collection but want different hair color, clothing, or accessories, we’re happy to make modifications. Simply contact us with your requests.
