Have you ever wondered what goes into creating a CleoDeco doll? Today we’re taking you behind the scenes of our workshop to show you the journey from concept to finished doll.

Step 1: Design and Sketching

Every doll begins with an idea. Sometimes it’s inspired by a season, a color combination, or a customer’s special request. The artist creates detailed sketches, planning the doll’s proportions, outfit, hair style, and facial expression.

Step 2: Pattern Making and Cutting

Once the design is finalized, patterns are drawn and carefully cut from selected fabrics. Each pattern piece is precision-cut to ensure the doll’s body, limbs, and clothing fit together perfectly.

Step 3: Sewing and Assembly

The body pieces are sewn together, turned right-side out, and filled with stuffing. This step requires particular care to achieve the right softness and shape. Arms and legs are attached to allow for gentle posing.

Step 4: Adding Personality

This is where each doll truly becomes unique. Facial features are hand-embroidered, giving each doll its own expression. Hair is individually attached strand by strand or in carefully crafted sections. Finally, the clothing is sewn and dressed on the doll.

Step 5: Quality Check and Finishing

Before any CleoDeco doll leaves the workshop, it undergoes a thorough quality check. Every seam is inspected, every detail verified. The doll is then carefully packaged and ready for its new home.
