Shipping

Every piece is handmade in our workshop in Hanstedt, Germany. Items in stock are dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment; personalised and made-to-order pieces within the production time stated on the product page.

• Germany: DHL / Deutsche Post, delivery usually 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• EU: DHL, delivery usually 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world: on request – contact us at office@cleosdeco.com before ordering.

Shipping costs are shown on each product page and in the checkout before you place the order. Orders over 150 € ship free within Germany and the EU. Every order comes carefully packaged, and you receive a tracking number by e-mail when it is dispatched.

Payment

Payment is handled securely by Stripe Checkout. Available methods: Visa, Mastercard and other cards, SEPA direct debit and PayPal (where available). Your payment details are entered on Stripe's encrypted page and never stored on our server.

All prices are final prices in euro. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT ("Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet.").

Returns

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receipt – see our Withdrawal policy. Personalised and custom-made pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). Questions about an order: office@cleosdeco.com, +49 1512 0734697.
